We would like to thank the Office of the Dean of Arts and Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis for granting us one of the inaugural Teaching Innovation Awards. This funding allowed us access to the time and resources necessary to immerse ourselves in this topic, connect with experts in the field, and produce this guidebook.
